Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones (born September 3 1976) is an American actress. She is well-known for her soap opera roles, including Megan Dennison (The Young and the Restless) as well as Bridget Forrester (The Bold and the Beautiful). In addition, she played the recurring role as Daphne on the second series of the HBO drama True Blood. Ashley Jones earned a Bachelor of Human Learning, K-8 in 1997 at the University of Tennessee at Martin. Her teaching career began at Maury County. There, she taught Reading to kindergarten and 1st grades. In 1998 she married the love of her life and UT Martin sweetheart Brent Jones and relocated in Thompsons Station. Bethesda Elementary was where she began her first teaching in the fourth grade. Between 1999 and 2000, she taught and earn her Master of Instruction from Trevecca Nazarene University but stepped out of the classroom after they welcomed their youngest son Baylor to the family in the year 2000. Ashley has focused her energy in the last 15 years to ensure the health of her children's community and church. Ashley has worked as an educator and leader in Thompson Station's Preschool and Student Ministry for 13 years. Ashley taught her children at home during the time she was at her home. When they were at home students were able to attend a tutoring session at which Ashley taught History in the Kindergarten class and the First Grade. While she enjoyed homeschooling as well as spending time with her kids God evidently showed her family members that it was the right time to return full-time school. Brent and Ashley are parents to five kids. Silas and Eliza as well as Cruz all go to GCA. Baylor is a GCA grad who plays baseball at the UT-Martin. Callan also a GCA graduate, attends Western Kentucky University. The family is busy who enjoys fishing, hunting and watching each other cheer on their most loved sports and other activities.
