Chief has had a few bumps in the road in his life, including being acquitted with possession of weapons and put on house-arrest. Chief has had no problems. It's not just the Interscope however, he has also been signed to 1017 Records and he publishes tracks that he has written himself, such as Glo Gang Label Nobody (2014), Back from the Dead 2 (2014), Bang 3 (2015) and Thot Breaker. He was recognised as an influential hip-hop artist in 2010 by his fans for the hard work he put into his. Since since then, there's not been any news on his shooting in the year 2018. This is still a mystery for most people, but police have promised a thorough investigation. The incident was captured in video by two people dressed in sweatshirts. Chief, along with the glory guys were heading to an entertainment program alongside him when the shootings took place. His crew said that in spite of the severe injuries, Chief's focus was on finishing his projects and sending the best music to the world.
